Meet the Leadership

John Heaver

With a background in the Royal Marines and a life lived outdoors, and years spent coaching others and shaping strategy at the highest level, John leads EDGE Ventures on a simple conviction: the most important lessons are the ones you live, not the ones you're told.

That belief drives everything EDGE offers — real, structured experiences that give young people the confidence, resilience and character to lead in a world that never stands still. A father of two himself, John understands what every parent wants: a child who grows up confident, capable and ready for anything.
