Change your second step
This is where your second step lives. Switch between an authenticator app and a code by email, move to a new phone, or generate a fresh set of backup codes. Your account holds information about a child, including their school and the medical details you have given us, which is why the second step is there.

-
Switching method
You can take your code from an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or Authy, or have it emailed to you. Changing method resets the old one, so any device set up against the previous QR code stops working.
-
New backup codes
Each code signs you in once, and generating a new list replaces the old one entirely. Save the new codes somewhere away from your phone and discard the old ones.
-
Moving to a new phone
Set the new phone up here before you retire the old one. If you have already lost access, sign in with one of your backup codes, then configure the new phone from this page.

We can get you back in
If your code is not arriving, or you are locked out of your account, send us an email and we will sort it out. Tell us the email address your account is under. Never send us your password or one of your backup codes.
